He is a regular seminar and conference speaker on his areas of speciality, a recent paper being 'Making Contact with the Middle Man', given at the 2007 BIG (Business Intelligence Group) Conference. Andy is an Associate Member of the Market Research Society.

A specialist in the UK investment markets, Olivier manages both the Consensus Investment Funds Survey and the new Investment Trusts Survey. In addition, he runs a variety of ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research projects, particularly those conducted online. Before joining the Consensus team, Olivier worked with TNS for five years both in the Netherlands and the UK, in the latter in the Financial Services Division where he focused on the retail marketplace.

Annie developed keen interests in market research, data analysis and business management while reading Psychology at university and spending a year with HM Revenue & Customs providing specialist advice to tax credit claimants. She also gained a Master's degree in Business Management before joining our MRS-accredited graduate training programme.

Following extensive senior-level experience gained in the in-house research teams of Barclays Bank and AXA Insurance and in marketing services, Peggy's main area of focus is now qualitative research projects, particularly for insurance, accountancy and human resources clients. She also manages Consensus' highly respected syndicated Motor Claims Benchmarking (MCB) Survey. Peggy is a Full Member of the Market Research Society.

Janet has over 10 years of market research experience and has worked across a number of market sectors ranging from Consumer, Retail, Public and Social and latterly Finance. She has spent several years working in the financial sector conducting research on savings and investments and life protection markets.
In addition to her quantitative experience, Janet has worked on numerous qualitative studies incorporating a variety of methodologies including workshops, focus groups, mini groups, face to face depth interviews and tele-depths.

Helen joined us through our Graduate Scheme in Autumn 2006 after graduating from UCL with a first in European Social and Political Studies. Since then she has developed a sound knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods through the day-to-day management of several large-scale quantitative studies as well as a number of smaller, ad hoc projects.
Helen is a key member of the Investment Fund Surveys (IFS) project team, working alongside Olivier on the day to day running of the projects. Alongside this, she works on a variety of ad-hoc studies.

Greg worked as a researcher at RS for over 5 years before moving into a client service role at the beginning of 2008. His experience in working closely with clients is complemented by his research background: Greg is as comfortable with domestic B2C qualitative studies in the telecoms sector as he is with international B2B quantitative thought-leadership projects in the financial sector.
Halfway to achieving Chartered Marketer status within the CIM, Greg’s goal is to ensure that our clients’ expectations are always surpassed.
